the brief
a collaborative group project called WHITE, where we had to make the white paper range from client GF Smith more inspiring, while applying their brand guidelines to ensure it was consistent across both digital and paper.

my role
as the project manager, my job was keeping everyone aligned. i set the timelines, organised the workflow, and made sure the whole group was moving in the same direction. i also created the final prototype and motion graphics of the digital swatch-book.

the outcome
we decided to create "creativity loading...": a social strategy to bridge the gap between physical and digital design. we designed a swatch book sample to go out with gf smith orders, while increasing revenue by offering special offers via e-mail. rather than listing technical details, we printed evocative sentences on the paper to let customers connect with the textures emotionally.
